Goldcrest Breeze Overseas is the final tower of the Goldcrest Views community, built by Giga Group and marketed by Al Faisal Properties. The developer’s current schedule lists 411 available homes across studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, plus private-pool terrace residences on 9th to 24th floor.

Prices are set per square foot by facing: PKR 19,900 per sq.ft. for community / G.T. Road facing homes, PKR 21,900 for Margalla facing and PKR 23,900 for private-pool and corner residences, all after the current 25% discount. That is why the same layout costs more on the Margalla side — and why the table below shows a range for each.

How the payment works

The plan is 25% down payment, 60% in 12 quarterly instalments and 15% on possession. On the entry studio at PKR 13,149,114, the down payment is PKR 3,287,279.
