Quick answer

What buyers should know

Choose facing by actual residence position, daylight preference, outlook and total price. Goldcrest Breeze uses different rate bands for Margalla-facing, community or G.T. Road-facing, corner and pool residences; floor alone does not set the rate.

01

A facing is a direction, not a guarantee

The floor plate identifies which side of the curved building holds the residence. Marketing images can explain direction, but future surroundings, weather and the selected floor affect the real outlook.

Ask the consultant to mark the exact residence on the plan and explain what is currently visible. Do not rely on the layout name because that family may appear on more than one side.

02

Margalla-facing considerations

Northward homes are positioned toward the Margalla range. Buyers may value the directional outlook and softer northern light, but the actual view varies by floor, residence and future surroundings.

At Goldcrest Breeze, Margalla-facing residences occupy a separate published rate band. Compare the premium against the exact plan and your use rather than assuming a view is automatically worth any difference.

03

Community and G.T. Road-facing considerations

The opposite elevation looks toward the community, G.T. Road and city context. Some buyers prefer activity, night lights or direct awareness of the wider address.

The project schedule prices community and G.T. Road-facing positions in the same base band. Corner homes can have a dual aspect and belong to another band.

04

Make a decision with two marked plans

Ask for one candidate on each side with floor, area, total price and payment breakdown. Visit near the floor height if possible or use a live site call to understand the surrounding context.

Choose the home, not just the label. Internal plan, room orientation and total commitment can outweigh a directional preference.
